Avonbridge Capital is a trading name of Avonbridge Capital Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales. We act as an introducer and access layer between qualified investors and third-party providers of systematic trading strategies and other alternative investment structures.

2. We are not a regulated firm

Avonbridge Capital is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial services regulator. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, manage portfolios, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All onboarding, execution, custody, and account administration are conducted by regulated third-party providers.

3. What we do

Our role is limited to:

(a) introducing qualified investors to third-party providers of systematic trading strategies and other alternative investment structures;
(b) supporting the onboarding process operated by those providers;

(d) maintaining ongoing communication and operational support for introduced clients.

Any decision to invest is made by the investor in accordance with the suitability assessment and onboarding requirements of the regulated provider concerned.
